At OliveNorma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your OliveNorma account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure the products remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
